Our goal

At 3D Space Terraform/Terraform Residential, we bridge the gap between conventional building practices and the adoption of sustainable, alternative materials through innovation and education. With 15 years of expertise in the use of alternative materials in conventional construction, and 5 years in 3D printing (additive construction applications), we provide actionable solutions for building projects of all kinds—whether traditional or cutting-edge.


Our mission is to overcome adoption barriers and expand understanding for clients and building professionals, enabling the use of materials like earth, hemp fibers, straw, wood, and lime in construction. We support conventional builders in enhancing their designs with high-performance, vapor-open, humidity-buffering envelopes that clean indoor air, improve building health, and contribute to a regenerative future.


By developing and integrating local soils and biomaterials into earth and hempcrete 3D printing, we’re advancing the field of construction to create functional, sustainable, and accessible homes and buildings tailored to Canada’s diverse climates.
